We are seeking an independent and dynamic Xactly System Administrator to drive our Sales Commissions payment calculation process and to implement insightful analyses of the sales compensation plan performance. This is an exciting and important role that will continue to grow with the company!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Reporting to the Sr Manager, FP&A, you will manage and enhance the commission computation process to provide accurate and timely commission payouts for the sales organization monthly.
• Manage Xactly and introduce automation and enhancements to increase functionality.
• Manage user accounts and licenses, setting up plans, rules, workflows, hierarchies, managed relationships, etc. as needed.
• Ensure the implementation allows for scalable functionality and processes.
• Maintain optimal function of the Xactly Incent platform, which may include maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of applications, systems, and modules.
• Create documentation and resources to assist users in understanding and utilizing the system effectively. 
• Assist Sales Operations in addressing enquiries from the sales team regarding calculations.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Accounting and HR to provide analyses to support and or recommend commission plan changes.
• Drive the enhancement of sales data that supports the commission calculation process.
• Reconcile commission calculations for accounting in compliance with ASC606.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher / equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience with implementing or maintaining Xactly solutions
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• SQL proficiency, Knowledge of Connect and Incent tables and how to invoke Incent from Connect & Command line execution proficiency with Connect
• Knowledge of native and delta schemas in Connect (includes staging, history, custom tables, logs)
• Outstanding time management and project management skills
